The most pathetic hotel with no staff there is no bell boy no one even help u with ur luggage rooms were very average the price is bloody high according to the hotel…..the value per night is nt more than 800 1000 rupees but they are charging double useless proeprty to be at

I was disappointed by the first look of the entrance. As expected everything went bad. I checked into the hotel. When went to the room, the room was damp with wallpapers hanging and the wall was porous and paint peeled off and falling on to bed, table. I complained and got the room changed. The next room was slightly better but nothing close to my satisfaction. I went for shower and there was no hot water. I ran the water tap for few minutes to drain the cold water from the pipelines from solar heaters (what a colossal waste of precious water) and water became lukewarm. The attendant also tried his best to get hot water but without success. He went up and rectified. There is no restaurant but limited room service. For the breakfast also there was a very limited items in a makeshift dining hall. I had strongly written to my host that they should never book me again in this hotel. I will not recommend this to anyone who looks for decent comfort (forget about luxury).

I can't speak to the quality of all the rooms in the hotel, but the room we were given was very uncomfortable. It was in a ground floor wing of the hotel that was accessible only by two separate elevators, which felt like a potential fire hazard. The room was windowless and smelled of mildew. It was so damp, the towels and tissue in the bathroom were moist to the touch. There appeared to be no ventilation system -- overnight, water condensed on the ceiling and dripped on the beds. The hot water in the shower did not work.

This is a mid range hotel, close to Qutub Minar and various educational institutes like IIT Delhi, IIFT, etc. Location is not very far from airport as well. The hotel is on main road and very well accessible with local transport. For people who have work in the surrounding area, this hotel could be considered, because of its location. Otherwise rooms are good for a budget hotel, cleanliness is okay. But rooms doesn't have any window! Staff behaviour is also good. Regarding food, I had taken only buffet breakfast (was complementary with booking), quality of which was reasonably well.

Despite having noticeable flaws good thing about this hotel is staff goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable....buffet breakfast doesn't have much choice..you will be disappointed if you expect five star facility in a three star hotel
